How Skinny Guys Gain Muscle
Let’s talk about three of the biggest problems that skinny guys, or most all people, face when it comes to packing on muscle.
The first big problem a lot of guys have is that they rely on bulking and cutting. It works once or twice, but it’s not a long-term solution primarily for health reasons. Your body just experiences diminishing returns every time you do it.
Two, a lot of guys are just winging their diets. They’re kind of just playing the lottery. They are hoping to end up at their final destination. They’re thinking good principles, but it’s not personalized, it’s just generic.

The third problem is a lot of guys are just going to generic sources of information. For example, you have forms, books, magazines, and everything that’s generic. Therefore, they get generic results.

It’s something that we think everybody, that’s a fitness model or bodybuilder or competitor would agree with. That doesn’t even involve the training component yet. If you look at the professionals, they all have the same great bodies, but they all used different plans. They all took different roads to get there which is very interesting.
You may be thinking, if that’s common knowledge, why doesn’t everybody have access to that? The truth is this. Finding somebody that’s qualified, first and foremost, to tailor the nutrition to you, is very difficult. Just ask any athlete, it’s not easy to find somebody who is that qualified that they can tailor a nutrition plan to you and your goals. That’s one thing. The second thing is, let’s face it, it’s not affordable. At least not for everybody. This is why there’s this big gap between what people know. This is not anything new, we’re just saying that a customized solution is the best route to go. Despite people knowing that, there’s still that big gap.
